Responsible for project management, architecting the environment, installation, configuration and management of a Domino infrastructure to accommodate these users. Migrated 1000 mail users and over 300 customized applications. Perform analyses and programming activities (developed complicated LotusScript, JavaScript, Java and @formula routines) to ensure that the Notes applications continue to function. Responsible for implementation of Add-on services such as: Lotus Connector for SAP and Notrix.  Also responsible for the implementation of WebSphere Application Server as part of an e-commerce website.

Served as a lead Notes developer and administrator for Celina Insurance to support the development and subsequent roll-out of two business critical applications. Worked on complicated LotusScript that would procure data from the AS/400 in addition to send SMTP mail via Java procedure calls. Also responsible for the training of on-site admins and for the administrative fine-tuning of the Domino infrastructure.

Developed Notes applications for Internet, B2B, and Intranet usage;  developed curriculum and trained end users and administrators, in addition to troubleshooting customer problems. Served as the technical lead on all administrative, migration and upgrade projects for customers.  Provided feasibility studies of add-on programs and new technologies (SameTime, FXD, QuickPlace, I-Notes, LEI, Binary Tree E-Z Merchant, etc.) for customers.  Migrated over 100,000 records from GoldMine into a customized Notes application to aid in CRM efforts.  Built custom QuickPlace applications for use by DMC and its customers.  Also utilized LotusScript, JavaScript, @Formula language and SameTime to build upon and improve several existing applications that are currently in use by DMC and its customers.
